Silent Fight

The city of Brookville, Indiana, is fighting to keep a Nativity scene up that has been displayed in the city for more than 50 years.  Residents said in the past three years, an organization has been threatening a lawsuit to have the Nativity taken down. According to residents, the reason for the controversy is because the Nativity is displayed next to the Franklin County Courthouse, and violates the separation of church and state.

What does the 'Establishment Clause' of the 1st Amendment say? The 'Free Exercise Clause?'
